Stabbing Suspect Shot While Threatening Sheriff's Deputies In Maryland: Investigators A deputy-involved shooting left a man hospitalized after he accosted two others who both suffered stab wounds in Washington County on Thursday afternoon, according to the sheriff's office. Deputies were called at around 3 p.m. on Nov. 7 to the area of East Potomac Street and North Conococheague Street in Williamsport, where there was a reported double stabbing, with a possible suspect skulking in a nearby alley wearing a black hoodie and mask.  Investigators determined that the first victim was working on a building while the suspect was sitting on a stoop beside him.
