Two juveniles went to meet another teen in Bryans Road on Saturday, Dec. 14 to buy THC vape cartridges, but instead, they were met by three others who robbed them at gunpoint, investigators said, during which, one victim was pistol-whipped and assaulted during the encounter. Maryland Man Threatens Ex With Gun, Runs—But Doesn't Get Far, Sheriff Says A Waldorf man who allegedly put a gun to his ex-girlfriend’s chin and threatened her during a violent confrontation didn’t stay on the run for long, police said. The chaos unfolded around 9:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 11, in the 100 block of Smallwood Village Center in Waldorf when Clarence Antonio Bennett, 41, reportedly approached his ex as she was walking on the sidewalk.  Things escalated quickly. Former EMS Chief In MD Arrested For Tampering With Narcotics Boxes, Fentanyl Vials: Sheriff The former Chief of Medical Services for the St. Mary's County government has been arrested and charged for tampering with narcotics boxes in Southern Maryland, authorities announced.
