Andre Williams, 33, was arrested at home on Monday following an investigation into a reported shooting on Maryland 295 over the weekend.
According to police, at around 10:30 p.m. on Oct. 27, troopers from the Glen Burnie barrack were called to the southbound lanes of Maryland 295 to probe a possible shooting involving at least two drivers.
Investigators determined that Williams brandished a weapon during a dispute and fired shots at the other driver, striking his vehicle, and a projectile was recovered.
Williams was identified as the road-raging shooter and was arrested in Baltimore on Monday, Oct. 28 by state police investigators, who recovered a loaded handgun in his home.
Following a consult with the Anne Arundel County State's Attorney's Office, Williams was charged with attempted murder, use of a gun in the commission of a felony, and other related offenses.
Williams is being held without bond.
The incident remains under investigation.
