A Maryland man will spend years behind bars after being found guilty of three separate indecent exposure incidents in Montgomery County, authorities announced. Steven Randolph, 34, was sentenced following three bench trials that were held on Thursday, Jan. 2 to more than four years in prison after exposing himself to employees at area businesses. There have now been 15 arrested reported in connection to an off-campus assault and hate crime reported near Salisbury University that resulted in a frat suffering sanctions.
