Weapons Charges For Gunshot Victim Who Crashed In Baltimore County, Police Say Detectives are investigating a shooting after the driver of a vehicle was shot in Towson, authorities say. Obadiah Malone, 31, was arrested on Tuesday, Dec. 27 in connection the the shooting that occurred on October 10, 2022, according to Baltimore Police. Malone reportedly shot the victim multiple times around 8:45 p.m., in the 2700 block of West North Avenue. Officers arrived to the 600 block of South Kenwood Avenue around 5:40 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 20 where they found the victim being treated by medics, according to a spokesperson from the Baltimore Police Department.
