Crash On US-1 Leads To Delays For Motorists Before Afternoon Rush In Harford County Traffic was temporarily tied up on US Route 1 in Harford County on Tuesday afternoon following a reported crash in Fallston.  Crews from the Fallston Volunteer Fire and Ambulance Company were busy following a crash at the intersection of Belair Road (US-1) and Mountain Road (MD-152).  Some lanes at the busy intersection were temporarily blocked while first responders evaluated the scene and investigated the crash. Anthony Taylor, 52, of Darlington, has been identified as the Harley-Davidson rider who was killed in a two-car crash on Route 1 in Street late in the afternoon on Tuesday, June 13. Taylor was airlifted to an area shock trauma center at approximately 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday after he was riding south on Route 1 when a Toyota Sienna traveling in the opposite direction crossed over into his lane for unknown reasons. 4 Dead After Head-On Crash In Maryland: Police Four people were killed and one was injured after a fatal two-vehicle crash in Harford County, according to police. Mary Yvonne Mejia, 54, died after attempting to pass another vehicle in her Toyota Rav4 and crashing into a Honda Civic on U.S. Route 1 at Rock Spring Road in Bel Air on Jan. 31 just before 1:40 p.m., Maryland State Police said. Mejia's car rolled on its side and caught fire, state troopers pulled her out along with two other victims.
