A serial bank robber threatened multiple murders as he targeted branches throughout Baltimore, federal authorities said. Dexter Nikoe Eaton, 34, of Baltimore, pleaded guilty on Wednesday, Feb. 14 to armed bank robbery related to a series of bank and armed commercial robberies he committed, US Attorney's Office for the District of Maryland Erek L. An unlicensed arms dealer is heading to prison for selling to undercover agents in Baltimore, federal authorities announced Wednesday, Feb. 14. Mark Ryals, 35, of Baltimore, was sentenced to 42 months in federal prison, followed by three years of supervised release, for unlicensed dealing in firearms, US Attorney's Office for the District of Maryland Maryland Erek L.
