Fugitive At Large After Ditching Electronic Monitoring Device, Escaping In Maryland: Sheriff Derrick Clifton Marshall, who was arrested earlier this year in Southern Maryland, is wanted after ditching his electronic monitoring device in Baltimore and escaping. An alert was issued by the St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office on Tuesday, Aug. 6, as they seek the public's assistance in tracking down Derrick Clifton Marshall, 45, who pulled a fast one and is now wanted for escape. The Lexington Park resident was arrested in March for first- and second-degree assault, as well as unlawfully taking a motor vehicle. Stolen Dirt Bikes, ATVs, Guns Seized During Major Police Bust In East Baltimore (Video) Stolen vehicles and a small cache of weapons are off the street after a massive seizure by police in Baltimore. Last week, a multi-agency operation led by the Baltimore Police Department led to the seizure of more than a dozen noisy dirt bikes, ATVs, weapons and ammo, resulting in the arrest of a 44-year-old city man, authorities announced on Wednesday.
