First responders in Harford County had a busy morning dealing with separate crashes involving tractor-trailers on I-95. The southbound lanes of I-81 in Washington County remain closed near the Pennsylvania border as Maryland State Police continue to investigate a crash involving several tractor-trailers that left two dead. Two were killed and three others hospitalized when four tractor-trailers and two passenger vehicles were involved in an early morning crash in Hagerstown on Friday morning. Victim Pinned In 3 Tractor Trailer Crash In Fort McHenry Tunnel
A crash involving multiple tractor trailers pinned a victim in the Fort McHenry tunnel in I-95 in Baltimore Tuesday, May 24, authorities said. Three tractor trailers collided in the southbound tube resulting in multiple injuries around 1:20 p.m., reports NBC 11. The crash involved a vacuum truck, car carrier, and a tractor-trailer. Nikole "Niki" Morfessis left a lasting impression on those she knew. She was a student at Walkersville High School, loved being with her friends and could rock "black winged eyeliner and lashes every day flawlessly," according to a GoFundMe.
