A 64-year-old woman has been identified after she was killed in a crash involving a tractor-trailer in Washington County, police said. Hagerstown Police confirmed that Theresa Maria Poffenberger died after her SUV slammed into the back of a tractor-trailer at around 4 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 29 at the intersection of Halfway Boulevard and I-81. A 70-year-old man from Baltimore County was killed after being struck by a vehicle on Ritchie Highway in Severna Park, police said. Investigators from the Anne Arundel County Police Department say a 2018 Mazda SUV, driven by 27-year-old Da’Von Tawain Bell of Annapolis, was heading southbound on Ritchie Highway when it struck Barry Stephen White of Gwynn Oak, who was in the roadway. A 37-year-old man was killed in an overnight crash in Baltimore, police confirmed.
