Maryland Man Sentenced After Paying For International Video Chats Exposing Young Children
Federal authorities announced that a Maryland man will spend years in prison after admitting to visiting chatrooms and having performers pose their prepubescent daughters for him while he pleasured himself. Steven Martin Bickling, 48, of Baltimore, has been sentenced to 12 years in federal prison, followed by 15 years of supervised release for coercion and enticement of a minor to produce child pornography.
