Baltimore police officers responding to a reported stabbing saved the life of a shooting victim overnight, authorities announced. Police were called to the 1700 block of Normal Avenue around 6:30 p.m., Thursday, April 12 after receiving reports of a stabbing when they located the 23-year-old man.
