A Maryland mom who was DUI when she crashed her car and killed her unsecured infant last year has been charged after a grand jury returned an indictment against her, authorities said.

Routine Severn Traffic Stop Turns Up Loaded Gun, Drugs: Police
Two young men were arrested during a routine traffic stop in Severn after officers noticed the smell of marijuana wafting from the vehicle, authorities say.
Johnathon Rontreal Murry Jr., 21, and Dominik Lee Maddox, 19, were taken into custody after officers noticed the smell of marijuana and searched the vehicle near Telegraph Road and Route 100 around 1 p.m., Thursday, May 26, Anne Arundel Police say.
Officers also learned the driver was operating on a suspended license during the search, and found a loaded handgun and 54 grams of suspected marijuana.
