It happened at the ramp from southbound I-95 to southbound MD 295 in Baltimore City shortly after 2:15 p.m., according to the Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) Police Collison Reconstruction Unit. Through surveillance camera footage, police were able to identify the teen as the suspect they believe is responsible for stabbing a child from behind while walking to school, according to the Baltimore County Police Department on Wednesday, March 15.
