Suspect Charged With Murder Following Southeast District Shooting: Baltimore Police Baltimore Police arrested a suspect following a Southeast District shooting that took a 42-year-old man’s life earlier this week. Tyquann Flythe, 25, of Baltimore, was charged with first-degree murder and other offenses, police said Thursday, March 14. Flythe is accused of fatally shooting the victim on the the 3100 block of Pulaski Highway on Monday, March 11. The victim was left in critical condition and later pronounced dead. His identity was not released. Flythe was being held at the the Central Booking Intake Facility following his arrest on Tuesday.
