An armed 14-year-old was arrested after accosting at least one juvenile with a handgun in an Anne Arundel park. Late in the afternoon on Wednesday, officers from the Anne Arundel County Police Department were called to the area of Fairbrook Court in Severn, where there was a reported suspicious minor who had a weapon. The fire broke out on a boat that was tied to the end of a pier at a marina on the 7500 block of Brightwater Beach Rd. in Glen Burnie shortly before 11:15 a.m., the Anne Arundel Fire Department said.
