A Philadelphia man accused of stalking a mother and her son before violently beating and robbing them in the street was arrested in Baltimore, police sources say. Authorities say that a hit-and-run driver who killed a Philadelphia teenager who was gassing up on the side of the road in Maryland remains at large days after the fatal crash. In Harford County, Guiermo Che, 19, was pronounced dead at the scene when Maryland State Police troopers responded to a stretch of I-95 in Aberdeen, according to officials.
