74-Year-Old Montgomery County Man Struck & Killed In North Bethesda (Update) A 74-year-old man from Montgomery County was struck and killed by a car in North Bethesda, authorities said.  Investigators said Eric Frank Grosse Jr., of Rockville, was jogging along the crosswalk of Tuckerman Lane when he was hit at the intersection of Kings Riding Way, Montgomery County Police said.  This happened just before 10 a.m. on Thursday, April 28, police said. Grosse later died at a local hospital.  It is unknown why the driver struck Grosse and investigators are looking to see if the "push-to-activate pedestrian signal" was activated at the t…
