43-Year-Old Man Shot, Killed Near Prince George’s County Apartment Complex: Police A 43-year-old man was shot and killed outside an apartment complex in Prince George’s County over the weekend, police said. Charles Dent, of Hyattsville, was found wounded from gunfire as officers responded to the shooting report near the 1800 block of Metzerott Road in Adelphi around 6:45 p.m. Saturday, March 23. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
