A Maryland man who used a bit of subterfuge before stealing a rideshare vehicle in Southeast DC while dragging his driver is heading to prison, authorities announced. At approximately 1:45 a.m. on Sunday, July 24, a group of six friends ordered a Lyft driver to pick them up in Dewey Beach and transport them back to their residence in Bethany Beach, state police in Delaware said.
