Children Driving Stolen MD Car Full Of Drugs Lead PA State Police On Pursuit Along I-83 Three children driving a stolen car with drugs inside from Baltimore County led Pennsylvania state police on a chase along Interstate 83 on Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2023.  State troopers in York were notified by the Baltimore County Sheriff's Office that the stolen vehicle was spotted going north on I-83 towards Pennsylvania around 5:19 p.m., according to a release on March 1.  A trooper caught sight of the car at the state line and attempted to stop the vehicle but it fled to Exit 14 Leader Heights Heights Exit (Exit 14).
