A single mother expecting a second child who is a fixture in her community lost everything ... Now that community is rallying around her.
On Tuesday, Oct. 15, crews in Baltimore County battled a five-alarm blaze that impacted nearly a dozen residences in Hampden, including Jessica Garrett's home, which was destroyed by the Keswick Road fire.
In response, there has been an overwhelming outpouring of support from friends, neighbors, and loved ones, as they help Garrett and her 3-year-old daughter - and future child - rebuild.
