Robert Steven Silver, 42, of Cockeysville, was arrested Tuesday, March 4, with the help of Baltimore County Police after a months-long investigation by the Office of the State Fire Marshal. New Details Emerge In Sen. Fetterman's Maryland Crash A witness told Maryland State Police that Sen. John Fetterman was driving over the speed limit when his car rear-ended another on Sunday, June 9, according to a crash report.  Fetterman, his wife Gisele, and the other driver were all taken to the hospital after the I-70 crash.
