Traffic, Businesses Jammed Up By Water Main Break In Harford County The afternoon commute may be rough for some travelers in Harford County as crews continue working around the clock to repair a water main break in Abingdon.  On Monday morning, businesses and motorists were affected by the water main break, which proved tricky to plug, leaving some without water in the area of Tollgate Road and Constant Friendship Boulevard.
