Three people were killed and a fourth is in the hospital after a mass shooting incident in a Northwest Baltimore building on Friday night. An investigation is underway after a teen was shot in the face in Baltimore on Tuesday evening, Jan. 16, police say. Officers from the Eastern District were patrolling near Belair Road and Mayfield Avenue around 6:45 p.m. when they were approached by the victim, who stated that he had been shot on the 3200 block of Harwell Avenue. A 20-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a shootout in which a deliveryman was stuck by a stray bullet last month in Baltimore. Darrien Gaither of Baltimore has been charged with attempted murder in connection with the Dec. 29, 2023 incident on the 2400 block of Liberty Heights Avenue, Baltimore police said.
