Maryland Man Sentenced For Posing As Teen Girl On Social Media To Entice Boys A 25-year-old Maryland man who posed as a teenage girl on social media to exploit underage boys for illicit materials which he then sold for a profit has been sentenced to decades in prison. Baltimore resident Matthew K. Walsh, 25, has been sentenced to 20 years in federal prison, followed by 30 years of supervised release for the sexual exploitation of a minor in order to produce child pornography.  Specifically, federal prosecutors say that Walsh created fictitious online profiles purporting to be a teenage girl to contact and induce underage boys between the ages of 12 and 17 to se…

Amazon Buys Land In Northern Virginia For $87.8 Million Google and Microsoft have a new neighbor in Prince William County. Reports said Amazon recently purchased nearly 60 acres of land to in Gainesville for nearly $90 million.  BizJournal announced earlier this week that Amazon Web Services had purchased the land at 5845 Wellington Road for $87.8 million. The report said AWS purchased the same-sized lot next door for $52.4 million last year.  Amazon has not commented on its plans for that location, but it adds to the company's holdings in northern Virginia.  The land is in the county's Data Center Opportunity Overlay District. Google Co-Founder, Maryland's Sergey Brin Files For $93 Billion Divorce Google co-founder Sergey Brin, a Maryland native, has filed for divorce from his wife of four years, which could potentially cost him upwards of $93 billion dollars, reports the New York Post.  Brin, 48, who was born in Moscow, Russia, grew up in Adelphi, Maryland, where he attended Eleanor Roosevelt High School.
