Maryland Teen Murder Suspect Arrested For November Killing
A Maryland teen has been arrested in connection to a November murder, authorities announce.
Dominique Edmonds, 18, was arrested on Friday, Dec. 9, around 9 a.m., at an apartment in the 2000 block of Ramblewood Road after being accused of killing Theodore Barksdale, 34, late last month, according to Baltimore police.
On Tuesday, Nov. 29, around 4:20 p.m., 34-year-old Theodore Barksdale was found shot in an alley off the 100 block of North Kossuth Street.
Medics responded and transported Barksdale to Shock Trauma where despite doctors’ efforts, he died a short time later.

Two Men Charged In Two Days On Gun Offenses In Maryland: State Police
Maryland State Police troopers arrested two men on gun charges following a pair of separate traffic stops in Montgomery County this week, officials announced on Friday, Oct. 28.
First, Robel Habtu, 20, of Silver Spring, was stopped at approximately 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 26, by troopers from the Rockville Barrack on Piney Branch Road near Ray Drive for illegally tinted windows.
While conducting that stop, troopers say that they suspected illegal drugs inside Habtu’s vehicle, and a search of his vehicle led to the seizure of a handgun that was reported stolen in South Carolina.

A Maryland man will spend a decade behind bars after admitting to firing a "ghost gun" at multiple US Secret Service security guards during a parking dispute, federal officials announced.
Jeremiah Peter Watson, 24, of Hanover, has been sentenced to 10 years in federal prison, followed by five years of supervised release after pleading guilty to assault of a federal officer with a deadly or dangerous weapon, and using, carrying, or brandishing a firearm in relation to a violent crime.

Baltimore Man Flashing Ghost Gun On Social Media Livestream Busted With Cocaine, Heroin: Police
A Baltimore man who brandished a handgun on a social media live stream was found with cocaine, heroin, and cash when authorities arrested him, police said.
The unnamed 21-year-old man was spotted in a social media platform on Feb. 6, brandishing the firearm, Baltimore police said.
He was arrested from the 300 block of S. Franklintown Road, where authorities recovered the ghost gun, drugs and money, police said.
He was charged with handgun and narcotics violations, and all seized property was submitted as evidence.
