Mohamed Sall, 42, is accused of pointing a gun at others while driving in the area of Route 3 and Churchview Road around 5:15 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 5, according to Anne Arundel County Police. The victim advised officers that Sall was traveling in a black Acura, and pointed a handgun at him.
