Heroin/Fentanyl Seized In Anne Arundel Traffic Stop A Maryland motorist was found with drugs during a traffic stop in Anne Arundel County, authorities said. Patrick H. Nutter, 35, was stopped on West Street near Jennifer Road in Annapolis around 8:25 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 7, Anne Arundel County police said. A search of Nutter's car turned up 19 capsules of approximately 6.82 grams of suspected heroin/fentanyl and 25 Suboxone strips, according to police. Nutter, of Lexington Park, was arrested and charged.
