Waynesboro Coach ID'd In MD Crash 'Natural Born Leader' Aspiring To Join NFL An aspiring NFL player and college student has died following a crash in Maryland, according to his family.  Daniel Elisha Worthy of Waynesboro died following a single-vehicle crash in the 500 block of Dual Highway on Wednesday night.  Hagerstown police were called to a crash in the eastbound lanes around 9:45 p.m. on June 21, 2023, according to a release sent to Daily Voice the following week.  Upon arrival, officers found a 2007 BMW sedan that had left the roadway for an unknown reason and struck a tree. One Killed, Two Hospitalized In 'Serious' Maryland Crash: Report (Developing) One person was reportedly killed in a “serious vehicle collision” at a busy Maryland intersection, according to police. Officers from the Hagerstown Police Department in Washington County responded to the intersection of Dual Highway and Edgewood Drive at approximately 4 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 6, where there was a reported crash that was backing up traffic.
