: Maryland Man Allegedly Behind Two Homicides In Prince George's County
A man from Prince George's County has been arrested in connection with a homicide earlier this year, authorities said. Malique Harden, 21, of Suiltand, is charged with the shooting death of 58-year-old Michael Hawkins of Washington DC, Prince George's County Police said. Harden shot and killed Hawkins during a robbery at Hawkins' apartment in the 3800 block of St. Barnabas Road on Feb. 27, police said. Bomb Threats Reported At Multiple Universities Across Maryland, DC
At least three universities in Maryland and DC were on high alert Tuesday, Feb. 1 due to bomb threats, according to officials. Bomb threats have been reported at Morgan State University, Howard University and the University of the District of Columbia. Morgan State University in Maryland issued a shelter-in-place and said all classes would be virtual. CAMPUS ALERT: Due to a bomb threat, access to campus will be closed as the University works with emergency personnel to assess the situation. Cold Case: Who Killed Former Frostburg State University Basketball Player?
The mysterious murder of a former Frostburg State University basketball player in 2020 has Baltimore County detectives asking for the public's help, according to CBS Baltimore. On June 16, 2020, Brian Green Jr., was shot to death while driving out of his garage on Caerleon Court in Pikesville, Baltimore County Police said. A silver Lexus or Infiniti sedan was seen leaving the area after the shooting with several people inside.
