Kevin Wallace, 49, was arrested on Thursday, Dec. 29, after a search warrant was executed at a home in the 400 block of North Rose Street around 4:40 p.m., according to Baltimore police. Investigators found 20 guns that were in various stages of assembly inside of the dwelling, and say that Wallace was using a 3-D printer to manufacture the guns.
