Police, Family Concerned Over Missing Maryland Teen Last Seen Leaving Area HS Friends and family have expressed concerns in Maryland regarding a missing teen who was last seen leaving his high school. An alert was issued by the Montgomery County Department of Police Special Victims Investigations Division as they seek the public’s assistance in locating 14-year-old Clarksburg resident Jaiden Anthony Ochieng. Ochieng was last seen at approximately 1 p.m. on Thursday, July 7 leaving Clarksburg High School, police said. Armed Student Locks Down Clarksburg Schools A high school student has been arrested for causing a pair of Clarksburg schools to be placed on lockdown, authorities said.  Police received a call from about an individual who pulled out a gun after a road rage incident in the 22400 block of Brick Haven Way around 10:18 a.m. on Wednesday, April 6, Montgomery County Police said.  The gun-wielding student then ran towards Clarksburg High School, which — along with Rocky Hill Middle School and the Goddard School — was placed on lockdown around 10:35 a.m., police said. The suspect was arrested at his home shortly after 11 a.m., police said. …
