Dealer Who Sold Fentanyl, Cocaine To Undercover Investigators Gets Time In Maryland, Feds Say A drug dealer will spend years behind bars after admitting to selling fentanyl and cocaine in parts of Baltimore. Clarence Joseph Buckner, Jr., 49, was sentenced to 30 years in prison, with all but eight years suspended, though the first five will be served without the possibility of parole, Maryland AG Anthony Brown announced on Wednesday. The Baltimore native became the target of a massive joint investigation in January 2022 that led to Buckner selling to undercover officers in the Eastern district of the city.
