Fugitive Wanted For Threatening Woman In MD Apprehended: Sheriff
An assault suspect has been apprehended by members of a fugitive task force years after a domestic assault in Charles County, authorities announced.
Brian Anthony Cave, 28, who has no fixed address, was arrested for an alleged domestic incident in December 2020 when he brandished a firearm and threatened a woman, though he was released on a $5,000 bond.
In February 2021, he was indicted for the assault, but never appeared in court, prompting a judge to issue a warrant for his arrest, though Cave could not be located.
