Jewish Man, 22, ID'd As Bicyclist Struck, Killed While Riding On Busy Baltimore County Road A young Jewish man was killed while riding his bike after dark in Baltimore County, authorities say. Police were called to the scene in the 1800 block of Reisterstown Road shortly after 10 p.m., Monday, Feb. 20 after receiving reports of a bicyclist who had been struck by a vehicle, according to a Baltimore County Police Department spokesperson.
