Body-Cam Footage Released Of Police-Involved Shooting Of Teen In Baltimore The Baltimore Police Department released new body-cam footage worn by an officer who shot a 17-year-old teen last week in the notorious Shipley Hill neighborhood. On Thursday, May 11, police say that Det.
