Here's What We Know About Wednesday's Explosion At Baltimore Waste Water Plant An explosion at a Baltimore County wastewater treatment plant sparked a two-alarm fire late Wednesday morning, as previously reported by Daily Voice. The incident heavily damaged a building at the Back River Waste Water Treatment plant, but did not interrupt operations, according to Baltimore County officials.
