Detectives took Damian Palmer into custody on Wednesday, March 29 in the 800 block of Briar Hill Place after police believe he nearly killed a man over the weekend.  On Saturday, March 25, police were called to the 7200 block of Harford Road shortly before midnight after receiving reports that a man had been shot several times.
