Christopher Nguyen, who Daily Voice previously reported "allegedly failed to properly supervise, secure or otherwise detain” a police officer found guilty of beating Wayne Brown during an incident in 2020, was under the microscope on Monday, Aug. 15, according to WBAL.

It is alleged that Nguyen did not intervene when former officer Kenneth Sommers beat Brown on Aug. 12, 2020.

Nguyen and Sommers are both now being sued by Brown.
