Timothy Reynolds, 48, drove through the intersection near Light and Conway Streets when he came across the worker, Baltimore police said.

The two began arguing, prompting Reynolds to park his car and come back with a bat, police said. That's when he swung at the group of workers and was shot and killed by one of them, police said. The group fled.
