The first shooting left a 63-year-old man with gunshot wounds to the face around 12:41 a.m., Friday, Oct. 14 in the 1000 block of East Patapsco Avenue, according to Baltimore police.
Investigators say that the victim was driving in the area when he was shot, and was rushed to a hospital for treatment.
An hour later, at 1:41 a.m., police responded to reports of a shooting in the 2500 block of West Patapsco Avenue where they found an unresponsive man in the rear of the location.
Medics were called to the scene and pronounced the man dead a short time later.
Investigators are looking into whether or not the two shootings are connected.
