The online portal opening on Saturday, Oct. 1, will be hosted through Paymentus, including "enhanced customer features" such as improved security and more payment options, states Mayor Scott in a press release.

New payment options include Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Venmo. Other additional features include an eBill email notification, AutoPay, Pay By Text, and Payment Reminders.

A new Interactive Voice Response phone number will also be issued on Oct. 1.

  • Pay by credit card: 866-377-0765
  • Pay by check (ACH): 866-377-0765

Customers who have future or recurring payments scheduled with the City's current portal will need to take action to reschedule their payments through the new website by setting up an account through Paymentus's customer payment portal.

The payment system is scheduled to be unavailable from midnight to 8:30 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 1 to initiate the switch. The Bureau of Revenue Collection call center (410-396-3000) will be open that Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to support customers.
