A woman captured in video screenshots from 2020 is believed to have “specific knowledge related to the identity of a female infant that was sexually abused,” Maryland State Police said in a release on Tuesday, Feb. 13. The victim is now likely four or five years old.

The woman has distinctive tattoos including a chest tattoo and multiple arm/hand tattoos, one wrist tattoo appearing to read ’12-17-16,’ according to police.

Specific details of the case were being withheld to protect the integrity of the investigation, which is being led by the Maryland Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC) with help from the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Maryland and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Anyone with information about the woman’s identity is asked to contact ICAC investigators at 443-486-3335.  Anonymous callers can call Metro Crime-Stoppers Maryland at 1-866-756-2587. All callers should reference Case #22-MSP-043527.
