A West Virginia driver has been identified by Maryland State Police investigators as the driver killed in a crash early on Tuesday morning in Frederick County. Daniel Edward Ryan, 41, of Ridgeley, was driving on Raven Rock Road shortly after 7:30 a.m. on July 9, when police say he was involved in a one-vehicle crash involving a tractor-trailer.
