A worker had to be rescued in Northwest DC on Monday morning when a row home partially collapsed and left them trapped, officials say. Shortly before 10:15 a.m. on Dec. 23, a DC Fire and EMS spokesperson issued an alert advising of a collapse of a two-story row house with entrapment in the 1100 block of V Street NW. Late on Saturday, 1-year-old Upper Marlboro native Journee Moore was the subject of an emergency call in Northwest DC after going into cardiac arrest.
