A September death investigation in a Bladensburg park has taken a grim turn after authorities ruled it a homicide, Prince George’s County Police said Monday. Ricardo Ramos Andrade, 55, of Colmar Manor, was found unresponsive on Sept. 25 at approximately 6:35 a.m. in a park on the 4600 block of Annapolis Road.
