Man, 76, Killed In Accidental Two-Alarm Baltimore County Electrical Fire
An accidental electrical fire in Baltimore County resulted in the 10th fatality reported in 2024 after a 76-year-old man died at the hospital. Fire crews were called at around 9:30 p.m. on Wednesday night to the 500 block of Shamrock Lane in PIkesville, when a two-alarm blaze broke out. Two people had to be rescued from the roofs of Frederick County buildings on Tuesday morning when a fire broke out and damaged a pair of restaurants downtown, officials say.
