Two Rescued From Roofs Of Restaurants Following Downtown Maryland Building Fire Two people had to be rescued from the roofs of Frederick County buildings on Tuesday morning when a fire broke out and damaged a pair of restaurants downtown, officials say. Shortly before 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 27, crews were called to the 100 block of North Market Street, where there was a reported fire with entrapment.
