Crews Called To Federal US Navy Facility For Office Fire In Maryland First responders were busy on Sunday morning when a fire broke out at the US Naval Surface Warfare Center in Bethesda.  Montgomery County Fire and Rescue crews were called at around 7:45 a.m. on Nov. 17 to the NSWC Caderock building in the 9500 block of Mac Arthur Boulevard, where there was a fire inside the office area of the facility.
